Mobile, Phone, App - Not Updating At All

There is a serious problem, nothing is accurate, phone app, tablet app, regular web access and on the phone are not current.  I know for a fact just tested a transaction and it is not showing nor did my balance reduce, what will happen is it will create an overdraft and they will charge like crazy once it is back. usually at least the dial in access through the phone is always current but i know it is not as of today and since Friday, so either they did hacked or they did an updat internally and screwed everything up
