mac book pro and iPhone and xfinity service/ cant log in

if i use my data i can log in but not when im connected to my wireless.. wth?

FYI last week Comcast exchanged my TG modem for SMC Modem...and I could immediately access BOA. Problem was solved after 2 mos of all of my attempts including Apple Care! Good Luck.

The switch of modem resolved the problem for me.
