keep getting incorrect username and passcode on iPhone app even though I was entering the correct credential. I tried dirrectly on the PC same thing and theN 2nd time it accepted my credential. Please fix this as we are not able to pay bills and other things.

I too get incorrecct username using my valid username.
Also in online banking I get an error when I go to the Bill Pay section.
