On the Bank of America website credit card info is absent. I called them several times. Finally they stated that they are having website issues.

The BOA online website keeps indicating that my active and good standing account does not exist! The same username and password worked last Thursday, but now Monday, March 16, 2015....online gives me a message about non existing account. Well, I wondered if BOA closed the account or suspended it for other reasons and was a worried a little. The online customer service had noooo idea that their system was having issues. They transfered me to their card services when they were able to tell me that the site is indeed having issues. Why can't they post something telling customers about a possible issue. By not doing it, they are only increasing calls to their call center and giving customers a bad experience.
My credit card with the BOA has disappeared from my online banking. I noticed this last Friday and have been checking everyday since, but with no resolution. I've called BOA everyday and whilst they are stating that it's a known issue, there is no resolution timeframe at this stage.
I can't review my cc account, but they can see my details. There is no notiification when I log in that there is an error, nor will BOA send out a message to advise once it has been fixed.
Very, very disapointed with how this is being handled.
