I haven't been able to sign in via the app on my iPad for several weeks now. I presumed it is because your sign-in protocol is being revised, so I just went in online, but I tried again today, and it gives an error. If this is, in fact, due to a change in progress of the sign-in protocol, then please, for goodness sakes, TELL PEOPLE ABOUT IT ON THE WEBSITE! Communication is the means by which people transmit information, one from the other. Absence of communication is not communication. TELL PEOPLE SO THEY KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING, PLEASE!
