I can't access or even see my credit card account online, I can only see / access my checking account. This has been an ongoing issue since Sunday p.m. It is as though my credit account is no longer linked up. I tried to follow the link in a "your statement ready" email dated 3/21/15, but it also would only link to my checking statement. Please Fix

same issue last week. Get message after logon, no active account. no-help desk clueless
I've had this happen before. Usually it's because they have closed that card and are sending you a new one as part of the fraud security. Would be nice to have at least some sort of link or message about it though.
