An institution the size of BofA can't even answer its telephones - as its online banking sites are totally non-functional - who are the CLOWNS running this show? In Europe, banks are required by law to show that they can remain online through various emergency situations, and are tested every year with big FINES for non-compliance. In this country, Bank of America can't even service its online customers on a Sunday evening??? Nor even pick up a telephone? They should be ashamed and embarrassed by this utter incompetence. This ain't Mayberry, folks. Get your act together, BofA - this is really lame.
