B of A cancelled scheduled payments last week

Due to systems problems, all on-line scheduled bill pays were cancelled last week.  B of A didn't advise customers and I was charged a late fee.  I had to call to complain to find out. I was transferred to 3 people and they finally explained what happened.  They rescheduled my payment on the phone and now I have to call back in 2 days to request a refund on the late fee.
