website will not load

i have been trying for 3 wks now to log into my account at AT&T.com and everytime i get a

Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

i usually pay my bill online...but if i can't get on to the website. this is my prefered method of payment.

so can  you please fix the problem.
