Troubleshoot and Resolve doesn't work

There are links that do not work and it asks for my username and password but then says it's not in the correct format when I know it is correct.  I have been days/week without service and found it very difficult to report this problem and then to check on my ticket when I obtained one.  What has happened to you AT&T???  Please get it together.
