Have been unable to sign in to my att bellsouth.net yahoo e-mail for the past 3 days. Error message: "The information you entered does not match our records." However, this only happens when I try to sign in using Internet Explorer 11. I can sign in using Firefox browser. The same thing is happening to a friend who has an att.net yahoo account. No luck on IE but it works on Firefox.
...having same problems tonight, Saturday 8/20/16. Cannot login to AT&T webmail; error says invalid user ID or password. Tried to go to my AT&T profile, could not login, error says invalid answer to security questions. Login via POP3 or through Yahoo works fine! AT&T webmail okay earlier today.... <sigh>
AT&T webmail fails to allow login. Fails with Explorer, or Firefox, or Chrome. Always an Information does not match our records. However, a standalone email client logs in and works well with same credentials. Attempting to get into the att account to reset password also fails on security question answers, although I am sure I know what was set there in recent past. Has been broken for me since Aug 17th, 2016
