Slow or no high speed internet

San Bernardino, CA- slow or no internet use.  Can't access sites.  "Server Not Found" messages.

ATT online asks to confirm interent connection to acces their site.  30+ minute phone wait to customer service.

I'll be asking for a credit.  I suggest everyone else do the same.
