We are tlking to tech support; they say there was site maintenance that "de-registered" some accounts. They say the fix is for them to "re-register" the account. It works on our phone but not on our laptops.

I wrote the original report and, working with AT&T, we discovered that it's a problem in Chriome; it works OK in Edge and IE. So, AT&T did site maintenance and broke Chrome.
