not receiving all emails

I'm not receiving all my mail,  I'm using Outlook and some are coming and others are not.  I've checked my spam and Junk folders.  I logged onto the web email on Yahoo and compared emails and there are emails that are different as well as missing emails I know were sent by my clients.
