Issues with connecting to internet,, links, loading, seeing pics, getting into email etc. Started a couple of weeks ago. Infuriating as we've had so many problems with cable and now this... If I turn off my Mabbook Pro then turn it on it works like a speed demon for about five minutes. Now if I can get to gmail I'm lucky. We got a discount (joke), on our last bill they've been out here so often. I need internet service and a working wifi. This was never an issue now suddenly it's a roll of the dice. Don't want to replace service but may have to..Swore would never deal with Time Warner again but at least thing were taken care of and I never had a problem with wifi .AT&T bundle is not worth the time and money we've been through (freezing smart tv's recordings of movies etc).
For the internet server to be an issue, as well as the tv's, I feel AT&T owes ME money. Repair guys were great but talking to anyone with any answers when we call the main number is like trying to find Amelia Erhart. This probably won't go through due to internet issues, but another recording froze yesterday. Being one of the first to have Uverse makes it all doubly annoying. If not taken care of with a substantial discount in at least 2 months of service I'm switching to streaming or another cable provider. I'm sick and tired of paying for services I do not receive. This has been a constant nightmare since July/Sept of 14.
