No email since July 14, 2014

I have not been able to access any of my att.net email accounts since July 14.  The main problem appears to be with the primary sbc account.  I have talked to ATT Customer Service rep. and he could not determine how to fix the problem so I am supposed to be contacted by a higher level technician.  This is getting very old.
