Keep losing the internet

Last two weeks...intermittant loss of internet, or no internet at all, also very slow when it does come back.

Our business is ON THE INTERNET. Very bad situation and getting worse.

It's a miracle I could get up here to write this...I may get knocked off at any minute...
Don't know what to do!!!!

Our livelyhood is on the internet!!!!!!!!!!! Can't reach customers, don't know if there are any sales, etc.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
