Inbox comes up, unable to open any Email, any folder. No task bar.

The Inbox keeps flickering and will not display any specific email
SSL enabled pop3 email is not accepting SSL cert. Webmail works, but shows errors during load and sometimes says its loading the fallback (old) email handler. Logging into site and selecting support is hit or miss. sometimes it loads, most times I get a "Whoops. Apparently we're hasving problems" page. ATT wesbite is sluggish. Net checks show a major slowdown at ~2:30p Eastern Time. ATT first tier support is not admitting anything when called. In fact, they say there are no problems... sure... Email promptly choked with SSL error !3pm adn is no longer communicating with ATT successfully.
