It won't let us log in to fix our Internet it kept saying the server is down, we have reset it multiple times, and of course the customer service center is closed. How are we supposed to call for help, as the page suggests, when they're closed? Is there no 24 hour help line? This is a big inconvenience which needs to be looked into....
