you get first recording and it prompts you somewhere else and then more problems. Cannot pay my bill this way.

I am unable to access my account information to print my bill. The app is not allowing me to view my bill details and the website will not allow me to log in. When will this be fixed?
I can not log in to my AT&T email either. They are in the process of "improving" our "experience" !
