Nice going ATT, our business is sitting here unproductive and losing money without the use of email.
I truly hope one day you listen to those engineers who make suggestions to you on how to improve your system. Do you even ready customer comments or listen to the Recorded Technical Support phone lines? The incredible tech support advice I was given by your department was "turn off your computer, wait 3 minutes, turn back on again." Really? To this day the same problems still exist. No responses to my emails to you either. Last week we paid a techsource company $100 / hr to come help diagnose the problem since your tech dept was useless. His advise was to use Any other email service than AT&T or Gmail. So while we are down without email I have time to set up our company with a new email service. Hello Comcast, Goodbye AT& effin T.
