AT&T website able to login but then freezes. Been like this for past 5 days can someone please fix the site, so we can pay bills/view usage.

AT&T website freezes after log in. It's been this way for the past 5 days, and I have tried logging on at different locations and computers. The same is happening with others in my area. We are unable to pay bills or view data/voice usage. Please fix this issue. I also reported it to customer sevice 2 days ago by telephone.

Have not been able to get into AT&T website since December 15th.  Everything frozen.  Cannot pay bill!

Account overview page freezes browser - as others are reporting.  Come on ATT - do you even check your own site?  Been down for 5 days...

att.com website freezes up after logging in. It's been this way for the past two days. I was able to finally pay my bill from my mobile phone today. However, this was also freezing up yesterday. Please fix this issue.

ATT.com website is not funcitoning properly.  Login takes waaaaaay too long, then freezes.  This is happening with Internet Explorer AND Google Chrome AND Firefox.  AT&T please fix it, if you want to get paid!

ATT.com has always been slow but jeeze!  It's like the slowest sight on the net.  Very frustrating to attempt to manage one's account, pay for the service, etc.  It's on your end too AT&T, I just got a 13.54Mbps download test and was getting similar results while trying to use your site.  Pathetic!

As of 12/19 11:00PM sti;; not working has been this way since the 15th. A HEADS UP would have been nice PPlease fix ASAP.
