att still down

been going on sense yesterday the 27th.. still having major problems staying on anything on net.. cant get google but bing is somtimes reachable. DNS servers showing no connection to more then 40 different servers that are public dns servers. Phone works then dosent then does... its a mass cluster f........... Indi in. pop has the flu....can we get it rebooted???
