Has anyone actually spoken to a rep in the last hour or so? Any idea when it will be back up?

I spoke to someone 25 minutes ago and said their technicians are working on it and are hoping that it will be back up within 24 hours! didn't tell me what was wrong!
Thanks! It seems the estimated time keeps getting pushed back further and further...stinks!
