samsung galaxy s5 pass reset not working

email stopped working 2/19. tried browser sign in from mobile device, it said that unusual activity was detected so you must change your password. then you get "we are unable to complete your request at this time please try again later" when trying to reset pw. try too many tries and youll get a customer cupport phone number and an id number to call give to aol. im on hold. 25-30 min wait for high call volume due to password reset requests. yay.
