I see there was already a report about emails not working properly. The site is not loading for Help either. Something must be up with their server.

Even if you could get help to load, it's not 'help' at all. The information that AOL considers help is substandard at best. Also tech support is just as bad. Unknowagleable and hard to understand if you're forced to call since tech support is outsourced to non-english speaking countires at best; non-existent for those of us who don't pay for their email service at worst. All I can say is that you keep praying that the problem is fixed soon.
