Can't get into email for the past 5 days and counting...

This is the message I receive:  

"Your mailbox is temporarily not available

Please log out and back in to try again"

AOL Tech support told me 3 days ago that the problem is on their end and that I can expect it to be back with within 1 to 2 days.  I called today and was told that they are still trying to figure out the cause of the problem and how to fix it and that they how no idea how long it will take to fix.  FRUSTRATING!!!
