Can't even get to AOL homepage

This is the 7th time I've tried to get on AOL in the last 2 weeks.  What is going on???  It won't even load the site.  I can't even get to the AOL home page.  I get a message that says "The www.aol.com page isn't working.  www.aol.com redirected you too many times.  ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS".  But this message shows up within a half second of clicking enter on the search bar when I type in Aol.  It's getting incredibly frustrating.
