cannot sign in to my email account on aol!

clearly this is an aol problem and not my computer or browser, as was suggested a few days ago by aol; my work requires email access and this has become a big problem for me!    This is NOT an "incorrect email or password" on my part!  Please FIX ASAP!!!!!   This has happened now more than once so it is clearly aol's problem to fix.
