Keep getting message that Amazon.com is "unavailable". Browser says page takes too long to load.

Site is down for me too on ie 10, which Amazon no longer supports. Also, having trouble with the site on ie 11. Have been able to access it on Firefox and Google Crome, but sometimes it won't load,
